I am a practicing attorney at Fontanella, Benevento, Galluccio & Smith, and have been practicing law for over 36 years. I received a Bachelor of Arts from Paterson State College in 1968, and taught at DePaul High School and West Essex High School, while attending Law School at night. I earned my Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in 1979, where I was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.

A persuasive Counselor whose moral fiber is reflected in my dealings with my clients, the Court and my adversaries, I am a man who believes that a lawyer’s obligation to his clients is not only legal but moral.
